Teeth are very important. Strong and healthy teeth help you eat fook. That helps you grow. They also help you speak clearly and look gook. Here are three tips for you to take care of your teeth.
Firstly, brush your teet in the right way. Brush your teeth at least twice a day--before breakfast and before bedtime. Brush your teeth after lunch or after eating sweet snacks, too. Brush all of your teeth, not just the front ones. Get a new toothbrush every three months.
Secondly, have good eating habits. Eating too much sugar is bad for your teeth. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Drink more water but not soda.
Thirdly, go to the hospital to check your teeth on a regular basis.
